At KLA Environmental Services we envision joy as a tool for transformation. By reacting joyfully, we move into collaboration which fosters productivity and creativity. Distraction becomes focus and conflict becomes trust-filled relationships. When we find joy in our work and relationships, we work harder and more efficiently than those who don’t.


Helping feed the world – We have hearts for agriculture.

Our hearts point toward helping feed the world. Agriculture is a key economic driver and it also holds great potential for our team’s future. We are committed to serving agriculture and rural communities by offering expertise in engineering and environmental sciences. Our hearts for agriculture set KLA Environmental Services apart from most other engineering and environmental consulting firms.

Without honesty and integrity, our team could not truly succeed. If trust exists, there are no limits to what we can accomplish.

A culture of accountability doesn’t happen by chance. It takes hard work to achieve. Accountability must be an enduring practice rather than a management fad. Without accountability, teams spend most of their time trying to catch up or worse, get caught in a scandal where one thing was said, and quite another was done. We strive to create a culture of accountability by having the right people in the right positions, clearly defining expectations, identifying desired outcomes, taking personal responsibility, offering encouragement, and celebrating lessons learned.

KLA Environmental Services is committed to sharing profits. When our team performs, team members are rewarded for their efforts. We believe that Profit Sharing makes every team member think like an owner – committed to the work at hand, accountable for the work we do, and dedicated to our customers. We offer our team members two opportunities for winning when our team wins. Team members become eligible to participate in a generous 401 (K) Profit Sharing Plan and Trust after completing one year of service, attaining the age of twenty and one-half while performing at least 1,000 hours of service during the calendar year. Additionally, after the first 6 months of employment, all full-time team members are eligible to share up to twenty five percent (25%) of pre-tax profits based on the current Profit Sharing program.
