degree in Environmental Engineering. Frank has 30 years of experience designing feedyard
expansions, developing waste management plans, providing engineering services
for watershed projects and the construction contracting process.

 Kevin Shamburg,
P.E. –
Kevin is a Professional Engineer licensed in Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. He has a
degree in Civil Engineering. Kevin has 30 years of experience in designing major feedyard
expansion projects, development of water right permits, assisting feedyards
with compliance issues and the construction contracting process.

 Kylo
Heller, CCA - Kylo is an agronomist and Certified Crop Advisor. He has a degree in Agronomy
with a minor in Animal Science. He has nine years of experience related
to large-scale manure and mortality composting operations, development of
nutrient management and waste application plans and plant identification.

 Mandy
Fox, CPAg - Mandy
is an agronomist with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, a secondary
degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science and a master’s
degree in Soil Science. She is a Certified Professional Agronomist and has
seven years experience related
to nutrient management plans and regulatory compliance.

 Elliott
Harris, P.E. - Elliott is a Professional
Engineer licensed in Kansas. He has a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. He has
eight years of experience developing waste application plans, designing wastewater
controls and waste management systems. He also has experience in water resources
planning and completing permit documents.

 Jarred
Green, P.E. – Jarred is a Professional Engineer and has
a degree in Civil Engineering. He has experience
in surveying, designing feedyard expansions and wastewater pipelines and completing permit
documents. He also has experience in the construction contracting process. |

Colson – JR is an engineering technician with 16 years of experience in surveying, planning, design and layout of detailed
conservation practices, as well as designing livestock waste systems and
nutrient management plans. |

 Derek
Belton – Derek
is the
Compliance and Technology Manager and has a degree in Agriculture
Technology Management with a minor in Agronomy. He has experience in
cow-calf operations, surveying, drafting, whole-pond seepage testing and
agronomic research for crop yield/production.

 Stephanie
McDowell
- Stephanie is the Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. She
has a degree in Business Administration with majors in Management and
Marketing. She brings expertise to the areas of administrative procedures,
client data management and marketing strategy. She also helps prepare
permit applications and construction contracting documents. |
