Frank is a Professional Engineer licensed in Kansas, Colorado and Oklahoma. He has a
degree in Environmental Engineering. Frank has over 20 years of experience designing feedyard
expansions, developing waste management plans and providing engineering services
for watershed projects.

 Kevin Shamburg,
P.E. –
Kevin is a Professional Engineer licensed in Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma. He has a
degree in Civil Engineering. Kevin has over 20 years of experience in designing major feedyard
expansion projects, development of water right permits and assisting feedyards
with compliance issues.

Harris, P.E. - Elliott is a Professional
Engineer licensed in Kansas. He has a degree in Biological and Agricultural Engineering. He has two
years of experience developing waste application plans, designing wastewater
controls and waste management systems. He also has experience in water resources
planning and completing permit documents.

 J.R.
Colson – JR is an engineering technician with eight
years of experience in surveying, planning, design and layout of detailed
conservation practices as well as designing livestock waste systems and
nutrient management plans. |

 Kylo
Heller - Kylo is an agronomist and Certified Crop Advisor. He has a degree in Agronomy
with a minor in Animal Science. He has three years of experience related
to large-scale manure and mortality composting operations, development of
nutrient management and waste application plans and plant identification.

 Jarred
Green – Jarred is an agricultural/civil engineer and has
a degree in civil engineering. He is a recent graduate and has experience
in surveying, designing wastewater pipelines, and completing permit
documents.

 Mandy
Fox - Mandy
is an agronomist with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, a secondary
degree in Natural Resources and Environmental Science and a master’s
degree in Soil Science. She has experience related
to nutrient management plans and regulatory compliance.

 Ramona Newsom -
Ramona is a technical information specialist with an associate’s degree in
Business Management. She has over 20 years of experience related to office
administration, information management and quality control for published
documents.

 Derek
Belton – Derek is an engineering technician and has a degree in
Agriculture Technology Management with a minor in Agronomy.
He is a recent graduate and has experience in cow-calf operations,
surveying, drafting and agronomic research for crop yield/production. |

 Brad
Younker - Brad is an agricultural engineer and has a degree in
Biological and Agricultural Engineering. He is a recent graduate and
has served two years as a KLA Environmental Services, Inc. summer intern.
This Jetmore native has experience in engineering computations, water
quality, concrete construction and agriculture operations, including
various aspects of no-till dryland farming. |
